Human Rights & Civil Liberties

Human Rights and Civil Liberties are perspectives to a number of areas of our work – Immigration, Control Orders, Terrorism Matters, Crime, Family and Housing. Where appropriate we pursue matters through Judicial Review in the High Court and on through the Court of Appeal, the House of Lords and the European Courts.
