Aimee qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and, for several years, was a partner in her family firm of Hearne & Co.  For the entirety of her career, Aimee has worked exclusively on residential and commercial property transactions – and she represents purchasers, sellers and associated lenders in that arena.  Her typical work comprises:

• freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (residential and commercial);
• the grant of new business leases, lease extensions and assignments;
• re-mortgages;
• transfers of equity

Aimee grew up in Edgbaston and has spent her working life in the local area.  In that time, she has developed a good knowledge of local properties and businesses, and has established excellent working relationships with estate agents and other professionals immersed in the West Midlands property market.
