The assessor’s assessment summary reported “It is obvious that there is a strong commitment to client care in this firm and a sound understanding of risk management and quality. Business at the Edgbaston Office is buoyant with a loyal core of clients who provide the firm with repeat business.

The firm has modernised and embarked on marketing through social media and networking. This is already bringing rewards.
