Meet the runners
Cannon Hill Runners prepare for their training session of 6.09k around the Park. Alison, Phil and Nicki were encouraged by their Zimbabwean fan club of hippo, giraffe and leopard.
Judy took to the Portsmouth promenade for a 4 mile run which exhausted her and her co runners, Oscar and Francesca.
