Tyndallwoods Solicitors becomes an ABS!

We are pleased to advise you that from today we are an Alternative Business Structure (or “ABS”), as we have been authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. An ABS is a new form for law firms enabled by the Legal Services Act 2007.

For us it means that we have brought the following key people into ownership as directors as part of our overall business and succession planning:

ABSs are still a new phenomenon (there are less that 200) and we are excited to be one of the first in the area! Our grateful thanks to Jonathan Bray Legal Services for their invaluable assistance.
